• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications in retail management are a plus
• Sales Management Proficient in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• Inventory Control Skilled in managing stock levels and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Customer Relationship Management Experienced in cultivating long-term customer relationships.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Communication Excellent communication skills for effective team and customer interactions.
• Problem-solving Able to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Certificate in Retail Management
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems: Familiarity with various POS systems to streamline operations.
