Job Description

As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in our operations by managing day-to-day activities, maintaining high store standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help drive store success and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures for store operations.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure security measures are upheld.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company updates and motivate staff.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees as needed.
  • Create and maintain a safe and clean shopping environment.
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems effectively for transaction management.
  • Work with visual merchandising to optimize product presentation.
  • Analyze customer trends and feedback to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation Certificate
  • Degree in Business or Retail Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management or store operations
