Responsibilities

• Manage all construction activities on site to ensure project delivery.
• Develop project plans and schedules, including budget management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Evaluate and approve contractors' work and payments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team.
• Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
• Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior staff in construction management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional construction certification is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
