• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and food safety standards.
• Regularly assess team performance and training needs.
• Develop promotional materials to enhance food and beverage offerings.
• Utilize guest feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous.

Experience

• 5+ years in a managerial role in food and beverage service
