• Guide groups through Johannesburg's rich cultural landmarks and attractions.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Plan and execute engaging tour itineraries that cater to diverse audiences.
• Facilitate discussions about the history and significance of sites.
• Provide first aid if necessary and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

Education

• Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• First Aid Certification
