Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and informative cultural tours to diverse audiences.

• Prepare and maintain tour resources, such as maps and brochures.
• Encourage visitor interaction with cultural elements during tours.
• Review and update tour content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Train new guides on cultural sensitivity and educational techniques.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance guide skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Anthropology, or related field
• Relevant certifications will be an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in leading cultural or heritage tours
