Job Description

Join our growing team as a Clinical Research Associate. You will be instrumental in monitoring clinical trials, ensuring data integrity, and liaising between research sites and project teams. Your expertise will help drive effective research outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of clinical trial activities.
  • Monitor site performance and compliance with study protocols.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documentation as necessary.
  • Work closely with clinical research coordinators and investigators.
  • Participate in study team meetings and provide status updates.
  • Develop strong relationships with site personnel for effective communication.
  • Conduct data review and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences or Health-related field
  • Advanced degree in Clinical Research is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical trial management or research experience
