UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI Designer who will play a crucial role in shaping our digital products. You will work alongside UX researchers and developers to ensure that design concepts evolve into interactive designs. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills alongside creative thinking, enabling them to develop design systems that support our brand and improve user interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs.
• Support user testing sessions to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align on visual strategy.
• Refine and improve existing designs based on user testing and feedback.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
• Maintain a high standard for design quality while adhering to project deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in User Experience Design or a similar discipline

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in designing user interfaces and experiences

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools
• User-Centered Design Principles

Soft Skills

• Project Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of accessibility standards: Understanding of WCAG guidelines to create inclusive designs.
