UX Designer

Job Description

As our new UX Designer, you will contribute significantly to the user research and design processes of our products. Your role will entail understanding user behaviour, leading usability sessions, and translating complex ideas into intuitive designs that resonate with our diverse user base. We are looking for someone who is passionate about using design as a tool for solving real-world problems while meeting business goals. If you have a strong background in UX/UI design with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate business objectives into design requirements.
• Develop, design, and improve user interfaces based on research and evaluation of user needs.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure feasibility of designs.
• Iteratively improve and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Create documentation that will support design implementations and future updates.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
