Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and implement design modifications.
• Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements for custom solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments for new projects.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare cost estimates and timelines for projects.
• Enhance design processes through innovative techniques.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the engineering team.
• Contribute to team meetings and strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the mechanical engineering sector

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
