Teaching Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to support educators in creating an engaging learning environment. You will assist in lesson preparation, classroom management, and providing one-on-one support to students as they enhance their academic skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in daily classroom activities.
• Help manage student behavior and support their emotional needs.
• Work with students on assignments and homework.
• Assist in preparing assessments and grading.
• Engage with parents regarding student progress.
• Help adapt lessons for students with special needs.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Education or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education is highly preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of teaching assistance experience preferred
