Job Description

We're seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and enhancing employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. You'll be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop research proposals and present them to funding agencies.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Biology)
  • Master's degree preferred
