Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop medication therapy management plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapies and adjust medications as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information.
• Perform inventory management and ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked.
• Stay updated on new medications and pharmacy best practices.
• Conduct health screenings and disease management activities.
• Train and supervise pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Facilitate communication between physicians and patients regarding medication issues.

Advantageous
