Responsibilities

• Analyze existing chemical processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop new formulations for existing and new products.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency.
• Collaborate with R&D to introduce innovative solutions.
• Ensure all processes comply with local and international standards.
• Conduct training for staff on new procedures and safety practices.
• Develop budgets for projects related to chemical engineering.
• Document all development processes and maintain records.
• Support the management in strategic planning for the department.
• Stay informed about technological advancements in the field.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in related field is an asset

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in chemical processes

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Simulation
• Quality Assurance

• Analytical Thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in chemical simulation software: Experience using tools such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS.
• Leadership experience: Ability to lead project teams in an engineering environment.
