Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction sites, ensuring the timely completion of projects while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction strategies to optimize project delivery.
• Ensure the project complies with local building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures.
• Supervise multiple construction teams and manage performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenditures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Certification in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years managing construction teams and projects

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
