Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to attract high-quality candidates.
• Organize and attend recruiting events, job fairs, and career expos.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment efforts using the ATS.
• Work with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and job advertisements.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and initiatives to management.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices and strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
