Job Description

We are searching for a passionate and experienced Learning Consultant to design, implement, and evaluate training programs in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning principles and a proven track record of developing effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Implement innovative training techniques to engage participants.
• Collect and analyze feedback to refine training programs.
• Support managers in identifying and developing employees’ career paths.
• Facilitate team-building and leadership workshops.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Participate in the development of the overall training strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Education, Training, or Human Resources
• Postgraduate qualification in Education or Learning Sciences preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in corporate training or talent development
