Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Systems Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and management systems. Your role will involve streamlining payroll operations and ensuring accuracy in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
  • Ensure data integrity in payroll systems through regular audits.
  • Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices.
  • Facilitate training for staff on payroll processes and systems.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports for upper management and stakeholders.
  • Advise management on payroll strategies to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Payroll-related certifications are a plus
Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in payroll management
