Process Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Process Engineer in Pretoria to enhance our engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in process engineering, focused on optimizing and improving industrial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at process optimization and cost reduction.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process failures.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures.
• Interface with suppliers and clients to ensure all specifications are met.
• Monitor process performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within engineering operations.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth process integration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Industrial)
• MBA or similar is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in process engineering
