Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain the security infrastructure across the organization.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of security measures.
• Ensure the secure integration of new technologies and systems.
• Lead incident response efforts and provide analysis post-outage.
• Assist in educating staff on security best practices.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a similar field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in designing security architecture for enterprise environments

• Cloud Security

Certifications

• CEH
• CompTIA Security+

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience leading security audits: Previous exposure to conducting internal and external security audits.
• Knowledge of GDPR and POPIA regulations: Familiarity with data protection regulations is a plus.
