Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute sales plans to meet revenue expectations.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales activities and staff performance.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with team members.
  • Track and report on individual and team sales targets.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations with key clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 in a management role
