Software Tester

Job Description

As a Software Tester at Tech Innovations Inc., you will ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality. You'll be responsible for creating and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and verifying fixes. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with developers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
• Coordinate and conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Work closely with the product team to understand new features and functionality.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
• Provide input to improve the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Monitor and evaluate testing processes for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
• Knowledge of Cloud Testing: Experience testing applications in cloud environments.
