Responsibilities

• Investigate and prototype state-of-the-art AI algorithms.
• Publish and present research outcomes at industry conferences.
• Engage with external partners to foster collaboration in AI research.
• Analyze business requirements and propose feasible AI solutions.
• Participate in grant writing and research funding applications.
• Mentor junior researchers and interns in AI methods and theories.
• Develop training materials on AI applications for the organization.
• Assist in the recruitment of new talent for the AI research team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in AI or related field
• PhD is an added advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in AI research or software engineering

• AWS Certified Machine Learning
• Data Science Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
