Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
