Job Description

We are actively seeking a Substance Abuse and Behavioral Disorder Counselor to design, develop, and implement various assessment strategies for individuals and organizations. This role demands strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of behavioral assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of behavioral health training interventions.
• Analyze assessment outcomes and improve strategies based on feedback.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and community organizations.
• Advocate for effective substance abuse programs and policies in the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field
• Postgraduate degree/diploma in Assessment or Industrial Psychology is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in assessment design and implementation
