Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and a strong focus on customer service, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of individual patient needs and physical conditions.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment approaches to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide patient education and support throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Monitor and document progress, modifying treatment plans as required.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and relatives regarding treatment goals.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance professional skills.
  • Assist in the development of quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing physiotherapist
