As an Information Security Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in protecting our organization’s sensitive information. You will be responsible for implementing security measures, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, and responding to incidents as they arise. Your expertise will directly contribute to shaping our cybersecurity strategy and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and enhance existing security infrastructure.
• Analytical investigation of security incidents and breaches.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and security agencies.
• Prepare reports for senior management regarding security issues.
• Identify potential new threats and recommend preventative measures.
• Ensure data encryption and protection measures are effective.
• Lead incident response efforts during security events.
• Evaluate and recommend security tools and software for better protection.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity is highly advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of varied experience in cybersecurity roles.
