Job Description

The Business Continuity Planner will lead the development and implementation of business continuity plans and strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company can sustain operations through any disruption and foster a culture of resilience among staff.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and maintain business continuity plans.
• Facilitate workshops on change management processes across departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in risk management practices.
• Cultivate a culture of resilience throughout the organization.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing change management processes and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate drills and simulations to test business continuity plans.
• Document and maintain records of change management activities.
• Promote awareness of business continuity among all employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in business continuity or change management roles
