Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Cape Town. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships and enhancing customer experiences, while also being able to work well under pressure and deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer support initiatives to improve overall customer experience.
  • Mentor junior team members in best practices for customer engagement.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback to inform service development.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to share customer insights.
  • Measure the success of customer engagement initiatives and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Foster a culture of proactive customer service across the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA is a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-oriented role
