Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lapping machines to produce high-quality precision components according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Monitor production processes and execute quality checks to ensure components meet required tolerances and specifications.
• Record production data accurately using electronic systems.
• Collaborate with other members of the production team to optimize processes and improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience with other precision machining processes is beneficial

Technical Skills

• CAD/CAM Software usage
• Machine controls and programming

Languages
