Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing methodologies, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify defects before product release. You will work closely with development teams to improve our testing processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for testing processes and methodologies.
• Work closely with project managers to prioritize testing tasks.
• Utilize automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement of testing procedures.
• Investigate issues reported by users and determine their cause.
• Actively engage in team meetings to discuss quality initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications in QA are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
