Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams to drive cost reduction strategies.
• Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to stakeholders.
• Support the development of supply chain policies and procedures.
• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to foster strong relationships.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management or related area

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Statistical Analysis Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of Lean methodologies: Understanding of Lean principles to optimise processes.
