Job Description

The Community Outreach Coordinator will play a vital role in fostering relationships between the organization and the local community. You will manage outreach programs, develop partnerships, and ensure effective communication to drive community engagement and support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach initiatives with a focus on community engagement and participation.
• Manage relationships with community leaders and local stakeholders.
• Plan and execute events that foster community support and involvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of outreach activities.
• Develop and maintain a database of community contacts and resources.
• Assist with creating promotional materials for outreach efforts.
• Organize training sessions for volunteers and community partners.
• Collect feedback from the community to improve engagement strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach progress and community feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community relations or outreach
