Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in our Johannesburg facility. In this role, you will manage team performance, ensure efficient stock management, and coordinate logistics to meet customer demands. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to operational targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage restocking processes.
  • Direct staff training and development to foster a motivated team.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Utilize technology to improve warehouse operations and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely inventory supply.
  • Analyze operational metrics to drive process improvements.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations with supervisory experience
