Production Quality Manager

Job Description

As a Production Quality Manager, you will oversee the quality assurance processes in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and collaborating with teams to enhance product quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality assurance team and refine quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards.
• Implement corrective actions for non-conformities in production.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality materials are used.
• Prepare documentation for audits and quality assessments.
• Engage in root cause analysis to eliminate quality defects.
• Develop KPIs to measure quality performance across operations.
• Manage customer complaints related to quality and restore client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Additional certifications in quality management are a plus.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in production quality management
