Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Johannesburg office. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing placements. Your expertise in talent acquisition will play a critical role in helping our clients build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
• Assess candidates' skills and qualifications through various selection methods.
• Provide training and guidance to junior recruitment staff.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage candidate expectations and deliver constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in a similar role is preferred

Certifications

• Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP)
