Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager who can effectively coordinate all project activities, manage resources, and drive project success. You'll collaborate with architects and engineers, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and ensure projects adhere to design specifications.
• Forge strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgetary impacts and cost management.
• Conduct risk assessments and apply changes where necessary.
• Schedule meetings to discuss project progress and updates.
• Document project daily logs and site conditions.
• Champion the use of sustainable practices in construction.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Review material and supply orders for compliance with project plans.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
• Certification in Agile project management is advantageous

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in managing complex projects in the construction industry.
