Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders for permits and approvals.
• Ensure high standards of safety and quality are maintained.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
• Mentor and train junior project staff and interns.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading construction projects
