• Respond to guest questions and provide local recommendations.
• Manage and report any issues that arise during tours.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality or relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the tourism industry

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• First Aid Certification
