Job Description

As a Brewer Helper, you will play an essential role in supporting the brewing team by participating in various stages of the beer production process. Your responsibilities will include assisting with brewing operations, conducting quality control tests, and maintaining equipment. Ideal candidates possess a keen attention to detail and a passion for craft beer.

Responsibilities

• Support the brewing team in daily operations and processes.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the brewing area.
• Take part in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Work alongside experienced brewers to learn best practices.
• Help with the packaging and labeling of finished products.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Additional brewing courses or qualifications will be advantageous

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a craft brewing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of brewing processes
• Understanding of quality control principles
