We are seeking an experienced Innkeeper to oversee the daily operations of our guest house. Responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the guest house.
Greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome.
Manage the training and scheduling of service staff.
Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations and company policies.
Promote a positive company culture and motivate team members.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
Experience
2+ years managing a guest house or hotel operations
