• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and discussions for project updates.
• Apply project management methodologies to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure project success.
• Monitor and track project budget and make adjustments as necessary.
• Guide and mentor project team members in their respective roles.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project deliverables.
• Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct project post-mortem analysis to capture learnings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• Risk Management

• Strong Communication

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• PRINCE2 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
