Job Description

We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. In this role, you will engage in financial modelling, valuation analysis, and market research to support our investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex financial models to project performance under various scenarios.
• Assist in due diligence sessions by compiling data and documentation.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and internal presentations.
• Track market developments and provide analysis on current investment trends.
• Work closely with senior management on critical financial decisions.
• Liaise with external advisors, including legal and tax consultants.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
• Contribute to the team through effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
