UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Join us as a UX/UI Designer, where you'll leverage your design expertise to create intuitive interfaces. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct user research, and ensure our applications are user-friendly and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create user experience designs tailored to user needs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with multidisciplinary teams.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from cross-functional teams and users.
• Develop style guides and maintain design assets.
• Facilitate workshops to gather user experience requirements.
• Advocate for the user in all stages of product development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years designing engaging and effective digital experiences

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• User Testing Tools

Certifications

• Google UX Design Professional Certificate
• Human Factors International Certificate in Usability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with animation tools like After Effects: Experience in using tools like After Effects to enhance UI designs.
• Understanding of responsive design principles: Knowledge of responsive design techniques for various devices.
