Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager to take charge of our diverse range of projects in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will lead project teams, ensuring quality and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate project meetings, documenting decisions and disseminating information.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and report on milestones.
• Evaluate project feasibility and budget estimates.
• Encourage a culture of safety on site, conducting regular safety audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
