Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium residential communities in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, ensuring seamless administration, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure resident concerns are promptly addressed.
• Administer budget and control expenses for property maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions.
• Facilitate community events to enhance resident engagement.
• Develop strategic plans for property improvement and tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure staff are properly trained and adhere to protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships for services and maintenance.
• Implement strategies to increase property value and revenue.
• Handle tenant disputes professionally and effectively.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders on property performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in real estate or similar field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years managing residential complexes or condominiums
