• Plan and execute controlled demolitions, ensuring safety for all personnel.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of demolition activities and equipment usage.
• Assist in environmental assessments related to demolition processes.
• Implement innovative demolition techniques to enhance safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in construction management is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in demolition and construction projects
