Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Review and adjust underwriting guidelines based on changing market conditions.
• Mentor junior underwriters and assist in their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master’s degree in Business or Finance is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, loss control, or related roles

Technical Skills

• Insurance Software Proficiency
• Financial Analysis

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Client Relationship Management

Certifications

• Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS)
• Certified Risk Manager (CRM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
