Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Crane Driver to operate and manoeuvre cranes used for lifting and transporting heavy automotive equipment. The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient operations while adhering to all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Safely manoeuvre cranes to perform lifts and transports of heavy automotive equipment.
• Inspect cranes before operation to ensure functionality and safety.
• Load and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring stability of loads.
• Document daily activities, including crane performance and safety checks.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise transport schedules.
• Provide support in other areas of operations as needed.
• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Participate in regular safety training and drills.
• Assist with maintenance tasks on cranes and associated equipment.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in operating automotive cranes will be advantageous.
