Job Description

The Flight Crew Scheduler will oversee the scheduling and coordination of our dedicated flight crew, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency within the aviation sector. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to maintain compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and issues involving flight crews.
• Provide support to the Flight Operations team on scheduling inquiries and procedures.
• Create and implement efficient scheduling systems to improve operational effectiveness.
• Work closely with training coordinators to ensure that crew members are fully qualified for assigned flights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the aviation industry, with at least 1 year in crew scheduling

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
